By installing or using the Ordinance Seeker Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Ordinance Seeker is a Chrome extension that assists members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in identifying ancestors and descendants in their FamilySearch family tree who have temple ordinances available to be performed. The extension requires a paid subscription to use after a 7-day free trial.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ordinance Seeker. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement. The extension is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because a free trial is offered before any charge occurs, we do not issue refunds for the current billing period after payment has been made. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Ordinance Seeker are the property of their respective owners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for personal purposes in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that search results will be complete or accurate. Ordinance Seeker is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to FamilySearch or The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ordinance Seeker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
