Ordinance Seeker offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. During the trial period, your payment method is saved but you are not charged. You can cancel at any time before day 7 and you will not be billed anything.
The free trial is available once per user. Creating a new account with the same email address or Google account to obtain another free trial is not permitted.
Because a free trial is offered before any charge occurs, all subscription payments are non-refundable once made. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. After cancellation:
We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as a billing error or technical failure on our part that prevented you from accessing the service. To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, contact us at ordinanceseeker@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge.
